We are constantly looking to improve our resort and services. We ask all our guests to complete a feedback form and from this we have added the items below to make your holiday the best ever.

The resort will be having some new additions over winter. This will include a new covered seating area and garden pagoda.

Welcome Packs
A welcome pack can be available on request; this is an optional extra and will be charged to your room at a cost of €30. Please specify on booking if this is required. Consists of:
Water, milk, sugar, coffee, tea, butter, jam, orange juice, bread, salt and pepper, bottle of Robola white wine or four cans of beer

Beach Towels

We are looking to provide beach towels with the Vassaliki Naturist Club logo for sale or for rent for the duration of your holiday. These will be available from reception on arrival.

Broadband

We have now installed wireless broadband in our reception. Guest will be able to connect using either LAN or wireless connection to the internet using there own laptop. We also plan to install an extra public computer in the reception for those wishing to check their emails.

Mugs

Due to popular demand and the need for a good mug of tea in the morning we will be putting our new mugs in the rooms.

Emergency Assistance
If you book direct with us, in 2008 we will pay our Greek Agent - Carpe Diem TTS a handling fee for each person that comes to stay at Vassaliki Naturist Club. For this fee you will receive the following services if needed:

°They will deal with all transfer and car hire problems
°Emergency assistance - for example if they have a car accident or are taken ill, the agent will immediately be with the guest to translate between them and the police / hospital / ambulance etc, to ensure they get the correct service
°If the guest has to leave Greece urgently for an emergency, the agent will get them booked onto the next available flight home
°Assistance in event of a death.
°All translation services

Please note this is not holiday insurance and no financial assistance is given. All costs incurred during an emergency will need to be claimed from your own holiday insurance.
