Top Floor rooms

Both rooms are accessed via two flights of stairs one being fairly steep. The rooms have pitch roofs, so some areas have height restrictions. The views from the veranda are the best in resort.

We will try to allocate rooms on booking, but we reserve the right to amend this to allow further bookings to be made. We can only guarantee the type of room (ie. Studio / Double), we cannot guarantee specific room numbers.

As the rooms are provided on a self catering basis, we expect the room to be left on departure in the same tidy state as it was found on arrival. For example, furniture back in original positions, washing up completed, rubbish in bins etc. We do not expect it cleaned as the cleaner will do so, but we do expect to be notified of any breakages so we can ensure rooms are complete for all guests.

A credit / debit card is held against the room, following inspection of the room on the departure date, should we find the room excessibly untidy or any major breakages, there will be a minimum charge of €50 charged.
